It’s been a really exciting 2014 in Aspen Snowmass real estate so far – and after five years, I can confidently (and finally) say that we’ve turned the corner and are experiencing a strengthening market throughout the valley.
Aspen is on fire with shrinking inventories and rising prices. Snowmass is close on Aspen’s heels with some great value deals being plucked up, creating a feeding-frenzy for buyers looking for well priced, quality properties.
The mid-valley markets of Basalt and Carbondale are starting to see a real upward momentum in sales and these markets are known historically to follow the strength of the up-valley markets…I call that the trickle down (valley) effect!
